Let’s kick this lazy ass of mine and find something productive things to on Sunday.
I found myself laying around and stop doing anything unless it is urgent or important. I can spend the whole day laying on my bed with my phone and I don’t feel any guilt. Don’t call or text me or invite me to any occasion because I just want to rest.
Sometimes it is not the rest that I wanted, it is mainly because I deserve to have a lazy day once in a week. Each day is so tiring and adulthood is killing me. I just don’t want to think about anything except for food.
So here I am, waking up and heading to the kitchen looking for food. That annoyed you much? I know I can be so lazy as pig and a spoil brat too. Whatever it is, to make that less bothersome to you, let’s kick this lazy ass of mine and find something productive and intriguing to do.
Here are my 5 Productive Things To Do On Sunday When You Don’t Feel Like Doing Anything
1. Stare at the Ceiling
Sound not so productive but this can actually work. Stare at the ceiling and think about all your chores and to do list and later find something fun to finish your day, sound like a plan right?
2. Set your Goal and Start Planning
Now use your pretty planner and start planning for the week. Start with setting your goals; what you want to achieve this week and set something small. List everything you need to compete by the week and remember priorities first.
3. Schedule your Task
I found it is more helpful if you schedule your task ahead. Limit your task on the weekend. Don’t multitask but complete the task one by one. You will feel more relax if you complete a task rather than letting everything hanging around.
4. Self-care Time
Sunday have to be a time for your ‘me’ time. Take at least 2 hours for your self-care time. If I don’t have a facial or salon appointment, I will take the time to do my own facial treatment. Don’t forget to take this time to enjoy the beat. Simply listen to audio book. Recently I listen to Spotify audio book, been hooking to Once Upon A Time stories and I love it!
5. Preparation for Next Week
Use this day to prepare for your outfit and have all the groceries ready for your meals. By doing this, you can skip that morning hour rush and have more time for yourself.
I am always trying to be smart when comes to managing my time because I don’t want to waste my time. I love the feeling when I can start my Monday without worrying everything around me.
